- All accommodation rates are double occupancy except the Southwestern Suite and Ranch House, up to four adults at the listed price.
- All of our rooms have private baths en suite (in the room) except the Rhode Island Room, where the private bath is adjacent to the room.

- Summer rates are in effect May through October.

Adjacent to our barn is a two bedroom ranch house that makes a great place for a family or group to enjoy the ranch and their privacy. This unit has two bedrooms, living room, full bath, washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen.
TV/DVD and WiFI access provide the modern comforts. The kitchen is stocked with breakfast fixings including eggs from our chickens. Breakfast in the Inn is not included with this unit. This suite offers superb accommodations for families or two couples traveling together. Two Night Minimum $249 up to four persons, $20 additional for 5th person.

A three-room suite, consisting of the Arizona and New Mexico bedrooms, a large common sitting area, and full private bath. The Arizona Room can be configured with a king or two twin beds, with room for a rollaway as well; New Mexico has a queen bed. This suite offers superb accommodations for families or two couples traveling together. $229 up to four persons, $20 additional for 5th person.
