Occupancy, Children, Rates, Reservations and Cancellation Policies


Occupancy
All of our rooms except the Southwestern Suite and the California Room are double occupancy. Two persons per room maximum in all other rooms.
Children
Children ages 5 and older are welcome in our Southwestern Suite. Sorry, no infants can be accommodated at States Inn & Ranch.
Rates
Rates quoted are double occupancy plus lodging tax and are subject to change without notice prior to your reservation.
Extra Persons
There is a charge of $20 for each additional guest in the room 13 years and older.
Reservations
A credit card or deposit is required to hold reservations.
You card is not charged until check-in.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash are accepted.
If you need to cancel your reservation...
There is no charge if we receive your cancellation notice seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Without notice your credit card will be charged for reserved length of stay plus tax.
Minimum Stay
Two night minimum stay on weekends May through September. If your stay includes Saturday night, staying Friday or Sunday night is required. There is so much to do from hiking to relaxing that giving yourself the gift of whole day on the island is worth it.
Two night minimum stay in the Ranch House May Through October.

Pets at States Inn & Ranch

We're sorry, but no pets are allowed at States Inn & Ranch.

Check-in & Check-out


Checking In
3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please give us a call if you won't be arriving during those times.
Checkout
Checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

Meals


A full four or five course ranch breakfast is served at 8:30 am in the dining room. Please advise of any dietary restrictions or special request.
Luncheons and dinners available upon request. Please inquire.
The Ranch House is provided with breakfast foods including homemade granola, milk, juice and fresh eggs. Breakfast in the Inn is not available.

Smoking Policy


There is no smoking inside any buildings at the ranch. There is no smoking near the barns or ranch outbuildings. Thank you for your understanding.
